Holt United Youth U13 0 vs 7 Greenfields Youth U13 Pant

BYFL CUP: ROUND 2

Second round of the BYFL cup saw us travel to Holt Utd for a afternoon KO.

A few injuries and illnesses during the week gave other squad members a chance to perform this week and first half everyone played their part in a comprehensive performance.

Elisha again for the second week running was at his unplayable best, but also backed up by a solid performance from back to front which limited Holt very little possession and Benno hardly touching the ball.

Olly opened the scoring following in a fierce Elisha shot. Then 3 similar goals from through balls allowed Elisha to make it 4-0.

Emilio scored with his first touch at the far post and Elisha scored his 4th before the first half finished making it 6-0 at half time.

Lots of changes and a different Holt came out second half making it much harder to open them up. We passed the ball nicely and created again a number of chances.

Jamie G scoring his first of the season and Will having a penalty saved from a great piece of goalkeeping finished the game 7 -0.

A solid performance all over the pitch with Finn, Nick and Luke playing their part to give us two clean sheets in a row.
