Match Report - SOUTHSIDE AFC YOUTH U13 COSMOS - 29 Jan 2023

Today we finally got our round 4 match underway.

After a quite shocking warmup I didn't know what to expect. But a quiet word and some words of encouragement me started at King George V.

We dominated from minute one to the very end of the game, only allowing Southside through on goal on a few occasions.

Elisha started the scoring with another long range effort after Noah had set him up nicely.

Jangles then scored from Elisha's pass. Noah made it 3 from the edge of the area to go into half time to make it pretty comfortable.

The second half was much the same with one way traffic and Noah scored his second. Finn scored from a corner and Noah rounded off the game with his 3rd and our 6th from a lovely pass from Nayan.

We played well on the whole and I would say the only disappointing thing was we didn't score more.

Good to give everyone a good game today with lots of subs. Hopefully puts us in a good place for the the League cup semi final next week.
