10 Man Eagles Come From Behind To Draw

Home match vs Crawley 2-2

With a line up of a 10 man team Eagles fought every inch and took a draw against Crawley

Crawley put the pressure on from the whistle trying to capitalise on having the extra player.

First half saw Eagles having a few chances on goal unfortunately met by the keeper or just wide.

Crawley managed to score from a dubious free kick just before half time.

Second half

Eagles continued to battle but being with only 10 men the first half had sapped some energy out.

Crawley struck again to take a second goal, but then Eagles dug in again and Rian netted 2 great goals levelling the Score.

James superb playing a high line acting as a defender, defensive mighty Lewis, Rian and Oliver ran their boots off and dealt with any attack on them.

Harry S, Joe, Harry M, Charlie gave it their all, with first class timed tackles and long balls for all to run onto and take chances.

Jacob, Tobin again ran the pitch providing some good crosses and getting back to help the team in mid field.

With each player and manager wearing poppies for remembrance day it was a day that the team performed fantastically.
