A comfortable victory for the girls with a superb display of football being witnessed at Neville Dsouza ground, Bandra.

The team maintained a good shape throughout the game and kept knocking the ball around leaving their opponents chasing the entire game. Although the team had to work for few of their goals, the other goals were scored more comfortably making some good moves on the way. The team also won their first clean sheet of the season whilst scoring 7 against United SC.

While the team played well together as a unit, there were some brilliant individual performances on display as well.

Captain Alisha Mehta led from the front scoring 2 goals for the team and also made it difficult for the opponent to get past the defence.

A strong performance from goalkeeper Shivika Shetty who did not shy away from making runs through the middle and taking shots from range.

Defenders Nyesha, Reet and Utsavi played their part as well in making sure nothing went past their way with some solid defending. Whereas, Anuja, Kiara and Vedika worked tirelessly upfront to keep United SC on their toes and scoring some goals in the process.

Another 3 points in the bag for team FAST. Onto the next game.
