Vital 3 Points In League Encounter

In a game that was vital for the 3 points the Celtic started off slow looking abit lethargic probably from the fact they have played 4 times in 12 days.

Although dominating possession Enfield for most of the half just couldn't find a way through a resilient Summerhill defence. Enfield were made to pay for their missed opportunities when they conceded a goal against the run of play from uncharacteristic mistake when our keeper dropped the ball leaving the summerhill forward to tap in in from 2 yards on the half hour mark.

Half time came and Enfield picked themselves up and came out more aggressive and with more intensity controlling all of the play, with Summerhill defensive still trying to hold on to their slender one goal lead.

The equaliser came when substitute Dean Barrett (yeti) slotted the ball home from a well worked piece of play assisted by Ciaran Gorman.

Enfield now started to play with abit more confidence as they strived to get another goal and take the lead and that they did on the hour Mark when Ciaran Gorman slotted a lob over the keeper assisted by his striking parter Dean Barrett. After that Enfield continued to control the game looking for a 3rd, and bar a late minute flurry from Summerhill tha lads ran out comfortable 2 - 1 winners on the night.

The lads now turn their attention to Sunday when they travel to Bohermeen
