The conditions yesterday were poor and to be honest it probably should have been called off.

We started really fast and were the best team for 4-5 minutes and then it all fell apart, I don't think it helped making changes every 5 minutes either but I just wanted the kids to be warm, we struggled to work our normal system.

Listen there are going to be games like this, we were due a poor game to be fair. The other team wanted it more and we just looked not interested.

Dylan Chapman made a few good saves for us, deserved parents player.

Harley Oakes I thought had a good game, got Stuck in and made great passes.

Jayden started well but fell asleep too early and became isolated at the back.

Riley had a strong game and contributed all round I thought.

First time Ethan has ever been exposed in a game, the forward two on their team were too quick for him and he struggled to play out from the back.

Harry Peters also struggled to get into the game, the fast changes didn't help him.

Harry Nolan was good with the ball, struggled to create in the final third.

Harley Woodward was too cold throughout, the lad was really struggling to play his football.

Dillan Sill scored two good goals but took a knock towards the end of the 1st half which really slowed him down.

Finally kiera I thought was excellent, probably should have scored 2.

It's another loss but we just take it on the chin and put it behind us, it's not about winning, it's about getting the best out the kids and improving their future which is great.

Let's move on and look forward to the Xmas tournament next weekend. See all Tuesday.
