Despite solid defensive work, the opponents broke the deadlock in the 27th minute, capitalising on a defensive lapse to make it 1-0.

Ballerz responded immediately with a goal of their own in the same minute to restore their lead, 2-1.
Yeboah wasn’t done yet — he struck again in the 53rd minute with a confident finish, levelling the score once more. Momentum was clearly with East London Athletic, and in the 64th minute, Bright completed his hat-trick with a composed goal, making it 3-2.
