The first team ground out a big 3 points against a strong K and C side.
Allington took an early lead James Bam Ivatts (who had an excellent game in midfield) doing well to win the ball before finding Simon Hannaford who rifled home a sweetly struck left foot drive from the edge of the area for a superb goal.
Instead of building this they invited the home side to put pressure on them and they deservedly equalise with a short corner being headed home.
K and C then had a good spell but Keeper Richard Teague made a couple of decent stops. 1-1 at Half-time.
Allington got off to the worst possible start in the second half going 2-1 down, losing the ball in midfield K and C broke to take the lead.
Crucially for Allington they equalised minutes later, good play and pass from Andy Davis found Simon Hannaford who again showed his class and composure to score with another decent finish.
Both sides were going all out to find the winner and with just over 15 minutes to go Allington were awarded a penalty for handball, upstepped Andy Davis who made no mistake rifling the ball home to make it 3-2.
With 5 minutes left substitute Robin F Darts used his strength to out muscle the home side defender and lashed the ball home at the near post to complete the scoring at 4-2.
