The less said about today, the better. Having to wait till literally KO to field an 11, was shocking.

The team that eventually started the game was:

Dave

Roger

Shane

Plaz

Jack

Chris

Brendan

Rimmer

Dean

Tommy

Danny

With players playing in unfamiliar positions, we expected to be on the back foot. It was us who took the lead though. A freekick in by Jack Gale was flicked in with the faintest of touches by Thomas Tompkins. The lino keeping the flag down until he saw it cross the line, then decided it was offside. From over the other side of the pitch, I could see Tommy was onside. Shocking decision by the lino.

Jamie Frear, James Rimmer and Brendan Cunningham then came off with slighy injuries and frustration. This saw. Ryan Maddock, George Rogers and Cain Hamilton-Boyle enter play.

Albion took advantage of a team that was lacking cohesion and put chance after chance away, sending us into halftime 3-0 down.

A change saw (injured) Tommy replaced by Brendan leading to Dean Linsell and Brendan sitting up top.

Within minutes of the 2nd half commencing, Albion had another goal and continued to attack time and time again. This constant barrage of attacks, lead to number 5,6,7 and 8 for them.

Man of the match was between 2 people. Chris Patrickson who was stand in captain and again put in an absolute shift or Big Dave. But it went to David Adams who was an absolute beast and was the only reason we are not looking at a scoreline of nearly 20! The big man pulling off some magnificent one on one saves, had a busy day, was not at fault for any. Fuck David De Gea... David Fucking Adams ??

Of all the words I could use to describe today and attitudes, the only one I can use that isn't an expletive is disappointed. Disappointed at the lack of respect shown by some to team mates who lose family time and their Sundays, who want to turn up to play and win. If you dont respect me , I can deal with that, but to let down team mates, is unacceptable.

Im also disappointed that we have lost players due to others behaviour.

I have heard for a few weeks, 'Its only Sunday League'! This comment and attitude pisses me right off. I have put so much into getting this club up and running, from being hundreds of pounds out of pocket to spending and losing family time for the club.

I love this club and think we have a great squad full of players that bring their own individual talents to the team. We started this season so well and was playing some great football, only to see all the hard work we put in together, slowly start to crumble.

Next week we host Eynesbury, and hope that we can find that passion and fire we showed early on in the season to get us back up and running to winning ways.#uptheraptors
