Last Match Result

That's the end of silent weekend thank god ????. Lads going forward again today looked outstanding with everyone playing a part attacking wise and to be fair in the first half especially the defensive work was decent, can't fault the lads on the effort level it was a shame we weren't supposed to coach as especially at this age they need some form of guidance but they held there own and at 3-0 we looked like we were coasting into the next round but when they made it 3-1 lads seemed to start to panic and then at 3-2 it turned a bit hairy we rallied and the game finished 4-3 and safely into the next round 2 goals from Jenson again who is quietly having a storming start to the season now a couple of special mentions Alfie B is forming a great partnership with Leon at the back, Mason is settling in and first half especially had a great game, Alfie D again super solid in goal and as Stephen mentioned that fingertip save I think was at 3-2 and was simply stunning and finally the last 2 goalscorers Jaiden who I couldn't be more pleased for always plays with a smile and never stops running but the biggest celebration of the game was when Hayden who has been so close so many times going up for corners connected with a cheeky flick to make the game safe thought he was going to get crashed by the lads when they all piled on him but no more than his effort and dedication deserved man of the match was split between Hayden and Austin who kept a calm head throughout and played through his pain for his team well done everyone today ??
