BSFC 0 - 8 Cowie Thistle
Another comfortable cup victory as Cowie dominated from start to finish to progress to the 3rd round of the AFC Trophy.
Taking the lead after 20 minutes when a ball over the top from Duke was controlled on the run by CRAN and he finished into the bottom corner.
Despite having all the possession Cowie had to wait until the 43th minute to extend the lead as a long kick from Stu was misjudged by the defence and McDONALD ran through to score off the far post.
Cowie then killed the game in the 15 minutes after half time with 4 goals, as BSFC tried to play a high line and failed everytime, CRAN scoring 2 similar goals for his hat-trick running through and beating the keeper, McDONALD got his 2nd when again running through after a great ball by Badger and MANTAS scored the 6th after being set up by Salmond.
The best was yet to come though as 10 minutes from the end MUZZY rolled back the years scoring from close range and then winning a penalty which McDONALD scored for his hat-trick.
An easy game as the scoreline suggests, another clean sheet and taking our chances, though could've easily been more!
