A Win To Finish !

What a fantastic performance by everyone, well done.

You all trained really well on Friday and responded really well to the defeat last week. Aylsham have only dropped points against Heigham Park and us Jets across the whole season....today just proved how good you can be as a team and set standards you should aspire to every week, Lisa and I are so pleased for you.

We worked on our forward play on Friday and in particular supporting runs to overload our attacks and you did this so well.

The back 5 were all strong today and I was very pleased with the defensive unit, but a particular mention to Preston who is still adapting to defence and becoming a very classy defender.

The midfield fought for every ball and hassled the opposition, particular mention to Justin who was brilliant back in central midfield, creating chances and breaking play.

Our forward players were dangerous all game with lots of movement, whilst of course I must mention Billy who remained composed and got a deserved hat trick, but a special mention to Jack who was very unselfish all game, holding up play and laying off for others, well done.

I will certainly be smiling all week after that and I hope you are all too. A great way to finish our first league season together. We’ve had a few shockers along the way which we will learn from and look very strong for next season.
