Boys started off really well with some good play. Passing, moving and shots a plenty. Soon we were up and looked like it could've been more. The opponents looked dangerous in attack and with a really good move levelled affairs. Game was alot more even bybthia point and both sides had chances to score but we took advantage and a nice strike set us on our way to the half.
At halftime we talked about all the positives and couple of areas of improvement. Adam listening skills and getting all the second balls. Working from the striker to create this. Shuffling and covering in defence but whole team in general. Cameron's kicking .
Improvements being Ross workrate as that giving up when ball was there to be won lost us the goal. Cameron delaying kicking and have options of a little quicker and midfielder continuing to look for ball and that step to cover. Throw ins, give options and down the line.
Second half we started second best and opponents had soon equalised then before long were down. Switched Max to right as there danferman was getting lots of space with lack of workrate which helped. Eventually got back into it and a solo run from end to end got the draw.
Overall fair result. Some really good play, a little more push in desire area but boys coming on.
