The line up first half was Harris in GK, Fawkes in RB, Taylor LB, Gubby CM and Hughes CF. COCFC scored first, with Harris playing a ball through from the back and Fawkes finished it off to score the first goal for COCFC in 2023. Sex Defenders equalise 1-1 as it hits off the post of Harris and in, before bagging another for 2-1. Hughes off for Johnson, and Gubby off for Hepworth. Sex Defenders FC then score another taking the scoreline to 3-1. Taylor off for McCoulough. HT the scoreline was 3-1.
The line up for the second half was Fawkes in GK, Hughes in LB, Cooney RB, Harris CM and McCoulough CF. COCFC concede another so it goes to 4-1, before McCoulough links up with Harris who strikes a finish into the goal to bring a goal back for COCFC. McCoulough and Hughes off, Gubby and Johnson on. At the end of the game Johnson presses for the ball and gets a clearance blasted at his head which ricochets goal-bound, a close chance. But the game ends 4-2 at FT.
