A cold wet start to a Sunday morning, but a good prematch warmup.

As CHL entered the playing area they discovered a very uneven and sloping pitch.

Having won the toss, the home team (Big Mistake) decided to give CHL the advantage in the first half by choosing the uphill direction.

CHL soon took this advantage and plenty of build up play down the right eventually paid off when the cross was put out for a corner.

From the resulting corner taken by Andy Wilde the ball bypassed everyone and nestled in the corner of the net (Sam Parchment however claims getting a touch).

Shortly after Luke Searing muscled his way through the midfield only to be felled just outside of the area, Rob Jackson stepped up to take the freekick with a sumptuous effort that doubled the away teams lead.

The home team were however to work their way back into the game as they beat the offside trap and slotted past Andy Muschialli.

The lead was increased back to 2 as the home team were mounting an attack, Mark Gilder nicked the ball passed to Sam Parchment who did a neat little through ball which Andy Wilde picked up, passed one defender got through into the box and was brought down by another defender.

Rob Jackson was to get his brace as he cooly smacked the ball straight down the middle as the keeper dived to his right.

The second half is a blur but as far as I know some fines saves were achieved by Andy Muschialli and a hatfult were missed by Rob Jackson and Sam Parchment!!!
