A game of 2 halves with a much better performance from the previous 7-0 thumping. The boys looked to go out and prove they are better than the last result stated. The game didn't start well with 2 quick well taken goals for Penkridge taking them into half-time 2-0 up. However performane wise it was much better.
The second half a few changes and straight in from the kick off. Taylor Lowe took an assist from Cooper Price to get a well executed goal ack to 2-1. This point Falcons started to dominate the game. A quick follow up seen Cooper Price run down the right cut in from the left to drive a goal in from the near post to make it all square.
Falcons then started to really dominate the game and were awarded a free kick. Cooper Price struck a free kick that the keep could only push straight back to the attack. Cooper Price then followed up with a long range strike that hit the post and cannoned back and then Cooper Price drilled in the following strike into the bottom Corner. That one was never not going to go in !
Falcons were controlling the game and were deep into injury time and a dancing running from the Lions bright midfielder seen him get taken out right on the corner of the box. He got up and despatched a free kick into the top corner for the last kick of the game. Overall unlucky again to get a W on the board
