Pelham Lose Again

Casuals and Pelham lost 3-0 at home to Birchwood Rangers FC. Both teams started pretty evenly as each one tried to force a break through. But it was Rangers who would take the advantage and they did so late in the first half, finishing a passing move well and making it 1-0. Pelham pushed for a equaliser for the remainder of the half but just couldn't find the break through with both teams going in at 1-0 to the away side. Pelham made some changes at the half to freshen things up but were dealt another blow early in the second half as Rangers doubled their lead 10 minutes into the second half, 2-0 the score now. Pelhams task was even bigger as Jordan Knights saw red shortly after coming on for dissent reducing Pelham to 10 men. The game was put to bed around 15/20 minutes later as Rangers struck again making it 3-0 and ending any hopes of a Pelham comeback. That is how the game finished, 3-0 to a much stronger than first game of the season Birchwood Rangers and Pelham need to pick themselves back up and get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
