Away league match

Casuals and Pelham somehow lost 1-0 away from home against Albury Saints FC, even after dominating for large portions of the match. Pelham changed up their formation slightly and it had an immediate effect with the away side on the front foot straight away. They played majority of the half in the Albury Saints half and created a good amount of chances. However they failed to take any of them, with the best chance of the half falling to Dan Boyce who couldnt convert his volley from close range. With the game poised at 0-0 at the half, Pelham needed to continue in their manor they started the game in the second half. They did just that but still couldnt convert their chances, even though they did create a few less in the second period. However completely against the run of play Saints carved out a rare chance for themselves and took it. After conceding that goal and going 1-0 down Pelham started to rush things and their nice passing football from the first half had disappeared. Albury Saints dug deep and managed to grind out the 1-0 win leaving Pelham questioning how they took nothing from the game.
