Transfer Deadline Day saw Adam Van Timms seek a move to Sefton Park Rangers, until Don Corleone made him an offer he could not refuse! Timms awoke to a horses head in his bed and pledged allegiance to The Business School Family! Today at Mersey Road, AVT repaid the clubs faith with a Man of the Match performance against the Sex Gang Children of SFX, but couldn't stop his teams defeat!!
For 25 minutes the game was even Stevens until a mix up in the Business box saw three players fail to clear and the Xavs poke home an opening goal! Business School 0 - Old Xavs 1!!!.The poor start pricked Bibbys anger and he left Altar boy Orifice face down in pain, reliving the time Brother Francis buggered him in the Crypt!! Referee Rod Stewart brandished a yellow for Bibs as Orifice was stretchered off to wash away the stain!! Down the right hand side, milk monitor Catchpole was combining well with Muzz and Bibs but clear cut chances were few and far between!
HALF TIME: BUSINESS 0 - OLD XAVS 1!!
At half time Carl Luca Brasi turned up fresh from a contract killing in Speke to replace Sicknote Digga Dinn! The Business were battling hard but a shot by SFX choir boy Haemoglobin hit the post and richoted in off Ellison into the net!! 2 nil to the Xaverians!! Bibby responded with a near post corner which Bulletheed Roberts banged into the waiting net! Business 1 - old Xavs 2!! The Economists pushed harder than Mrs Peach popping oot wee Leo's heed!! Kevey Roberto had a 1 and 1 saved by the keeper and Liam Ashley's header was destined for goal before a world class save thwarted Papa Richmans celebrations! Then Fredo Corleone Larkin threw caution to the wind and went 3 at the back! Farell came on to great effect and was in on goal only to see his shot blocked at the last second. Inevitably the elixir of youth reaped its rewards for SFX and 3 breakaway goals followed! Doherty finished the game with a flourish by hoofing one of the Parish street urchins so far up his hoop he felt it in his colon!!
