MSB displayed a touch of the lavender today to leave the Business School Economists feeling docked and cottaged by full time!
Fighting the elements of storm Ciara, Roberts and Richman battled their way through MSB Wooltons Bournville boulevard. Pressure paid off after Harper sent the ball up to Roberts who knocked it down to Ashley to force his way into the oppositions box and seal his MoM performance with a goal! BUSINESS 1 MSB O!!! In an uncharacteristic fiery challenge from Ruud boy Timms he surgically removed the frank and beans of MSB right back Mahatma Gandhi. On 28 minutes Hedges hit the pass of the game with his seven iron chipping the ball over Wooltons back line but Timms failed to capitalise. And that was where the gaffas contribution began and ended. Despite being on top MSB came back through a corner and then 2 goals from Wooltons Piltdown Man!! HALF TIME BUSINESS 1 MSB 3!!
In the second half Murphy and Murray came on for Business with Paul Muzza Murray showing glimpses of brilliance to twist his opponents inside out. But even Big Dave Murphy was no match for the 8 foot Child of Hale and MSB extended their lead. Gary Bibby enjoyed a friendly tussle with the bearded no. 17 but The School could not get back into the game. MSB had well and truly dropped anchor in Pooh Bay!!
