Once again, we went with a strong 13 showing the depth in quality this team has. The message was to start on the front foot, and the greens flew out of the blocks.

A dominant first-half performance led by Steff and Sophie in midfield. The greens created chance after chance led by some superb crossing by Danielle. A solid performance from the defenders in the first half ensured their best player hardly got a kick of the ball.

The message at half time was to keep imposing ourselves on the game. The importance of the first 10 minutes and to finish one of the chances off. The players once again started brightly with Em leading the line superbly. Lucy and Marita were causing havoc down the left side while Hanna composure on the ball started off another attack for greens.

One way traffic but kingsway was always a threat on the counter attack. It got to a point at the end where if you can't win the game, don't lose it. Another day, the score could have been completely different.

A dominant performance from start to finish with the away team manager saying, "we got away with daylight robbery, your team were absolutely brilliant" and we go into the final league game with everything in our hands.
