Burton V Brockenhurst

This was the first match of the season for brock and it was a very untruthful scoreline. The game started out with us going 1 nil down to a weak effort in the bottom left corner. A couple of minutes later Toby wins the ball on the edge of the final third and take a big touch through the two defenders and is through on goal. He looks up and sees the goalie drifting to the right and slots it a away in the bottom left corner. Since it was a hot day there where water breaks every fifteen minutes. After the first water break Burton where on the attack and crossed it back post but it was such a bad cross that it hit the crossbar and bounced out into the 6 yard box and Danny doesn’t see the Burton attacker lingering behind him and Danny gets caught ball watching and the attacker heads it home. But 10 minutes later Dylan boots a goal kick to the direction of Leo and it bounces over the head of the left back. Leo spins off of him and is away bursting down the right wing pass the centre back and buries it in the bottom left corner. Then a couple minutes later Burton where attacking on the edge of the box and a player takes a weak shot that is just above Alfie he puts his hands up but somehow he gets lobbed. After, Burton where attacking down the left and take it to the byline then they cross it in around shin level but it bounces off bens knee into the net.

After this they attack again and score with a shot into the bottom right corner. Finally a corner comes in and Danny is at the front post but it comes of the back of his head and into the goal. Final score - 6-2
