If last week we were to thank our defence, this week we can thank our goalkeeper. man of the match Damian Chlopecki. dragon made an exceptional save at the start of the game diving down to his right to tip the ball around the post from an excellent strike from the Hartcliffe striker. He then topped it in 80th minute when after a very harsh penalty was awarded against us, dragon dived to save the penalty, it rebounded up and looked like a clear goal but Dragon sprung up and made a 2nd breathtaking save. A match winning save.
Shout out to top scorer Dan Lamb who moved onto 5 this season, an excellent finish after being slipped through by Alex Miners with a james Rodriguez style no look pass.
I’ve watched many barca teams over the years, and 99/100 we lose that game today. Proud of you all for showing class and getting the 3 points.
