Bridge played there second game at home to a Newbury fc team. looking a good result but they tried to kick bridge off the park.That wasn't going to happen. Bridge went behind to a mistake 0-1.Bridge hit back with an equaliser from Dave English who scored from a mistake from their keeper who dropping the ball for Dave to ram home 1-1. Once again we should have cleared a high ball, its fatal to let it bounce. Newbury crossed and it was put past our keeper by our full back Ryan Perrigo he was unlucky, just couldn't get out of the way of the cross, 1-2 . We lost our striker Gregg Travers with a hamstring injury, hope he`s not going to be out to long. Bridge kept on plunging away at the Newbury defence and the equalizing goal came with five minutes to go 2-2, that man again kane wilkinson popping up to tap in the equaliser Bridge thoroughly deserved the draw but should have taken all three points, Tyler hill running onto a through ball chipped the keeper only for it to drop onto the top of the net he was unlucky. well done lads. Andrew Archibald got man of match today.
