Great Midfield Performance

Today's leauge game was away to tk eagles,a very experienced side with some good players,things started pretty even with both sides being cautious in their approach after about 15 minutes of a well contested game tk eagles captain Andy cheek saw our gk off his line and from near the half way line scored what was tbh a great goal 1-0 to tk eagles time to see what were made of.Fair play to the lads they dug in and refused to be beaten with solid debut performances from Sean Willis Aaron Yates and mom today Ben Dyer,the team was strong from back to front linking play very well and playing some attractive football this eventually led to Henry French being to much to handle being brought down in the area penalty legends!up steps Ben dyer calm finish 1-1 game on as the game went on legends grew stronger and after another slick move a blocked shot fell to George Windsors feet and he put it away nicely 2-1 legends.the next goal again came from Ben dyer a nice finish from the edge of the box you can start to see why he was the man of the match with the last goal set up from a piece of brilliance from George Windsor and finished off after some nice footwork by Aaron Yates who deserved a goal for his efforts today,to tk eagles credit they kept going and created a few chances late on scoring a header with the last action of the gane-team was brilliant today but midfield was where the game was won with Charlie humphrey bailey Wright and Ben dyer dictating play-thanks to James Riley for going in goal and Gary Sherwin travelling to make sure we had numbers on to next week coyl
