Bulldogs looked to bounce back from their last game which ended in defeat Vs Prescott. A lengthy paper scissor rock game to decide ends ended in Bulldogs getting the kick off. It was a fast paced game from the start with Bulldogs looking eager to stroke first.

A flurry of shots saw will, ford and Freddie all strike wide of the post. Some great defending from Lions also kept it level for the first five until a fluke throw in from Will took a bounce off a lion's defender and broke the deadlock. First blood bulldogs, and the goal that opened the floodgates.

More rasping efforts from Will and Ford out the lions defence under pressure, resulting in a number of corners. It was one of these corners which resulted in our next goal, smart cross from Ford and a near volley from Freddie to grab a second.

Goal three came in the way of a great solo effort from Freddie. Weaving through three men to slot home his second and bulldogs third before end of the first 15 period.

The second period started with a bang. Will smashed a long range strike past a stranded lions keeper for number 4. Followed shortly after by a direct free kick from on an form Ford. He then added a 6th with a cross come shot, before Lions began an overdue attack. Tommy more than up to the challenge with a great save.

The best play of the game came from a fantastic team move. Neat cross field pass from Freddie to Ford, Ford with a cross into the box to meet a waiting Aidan who finished first time with a great slot bottom corner.

Second period finished with anothe Delaney long range smash, taking a slight deflection on the way in to make it 8-0.

Tyler was eager for a goal, making great runs and weaving in and out of players, he finally got his reward with a follow up strike from a Freddie saved shot which he smashed in to make doubly sure.

Number ten came from an unlikely source but looked absolute class as FIFA fan Aidan hit the power button with a first time thunder bolt (learnt from caoch Rich) to drill in his second. He celebrated in typical Aidan fashion with an impromptu dance break (learnt from coach Kallum).

Freddie added numbers 11 and 12, taking his tally to four for the game. A great performance by all and a headache for the next game on team selection with Liam and Tom returning also.
