A Dominant victory

In a brilliant display of both attacking and defending, we earned our resounding 11 - 3 victory against Auckland. The scoring showed the overall team effort and the players ability to listen to what is as coaches have been wanting them to do. Our main problem last week was the lack of defending so through the tactics we focussed on the boys defending as a 5 and also attacking as a 5. The game began with a quick start when Theo smashed one in the back of the net but Auckland quickly responded with an equaliser. This equaliser was then followed by a brilliant response from Synthonia with a constant stream of goals which cemented our position in the game. Phil then allowed for their managers to put an extra player on to level the game up abit. This allowed them to get one back but it wasn’t enough to bring the defecit back with Synners continuing the pressure and scoring many more goals and eventually convincingly winning the game 11 - 3, well done lads. MOTM - Jude, a brilliant performance and great confidence from Jude allowed him to get his hattrick and helped in other team goals by defending from the front like asked to. UTS????????????
