caught out by an early goal in the first minute, tucker misjudged a header against a very strong wind the ball dropped between the back line and GK, their number 11 gambled and slotted into net.
we battled hard against the wind in the first half, struggled to get out of our half.
we made a few chances in the first half which we didn't convert.
Done well to get in at half time 1-0 down
we started very positively in the 2nd half
passed and moved the ball well
created plenty of chances, but yet again could not put the ball in the net
we over played the ball in and around the box, too many touches, trying to pass the ball into the net
not much appetite for testing the keeper from any sort of distance.
Mick Lav worked really hard in the middle and was very comfortable on the ball
Deano was his usual reliable self
Tomas didn't look fit (was out the night before)
Jimmy scored a wonder goal that was disallowed as the ref had just blew for our free kick!! other than that he struggled, couldn't hold the ball up and didn't take his chances.
JD had a couple of opportunities to shoot but choose to over play instead. he did hit the bar at one point.
Aidan also hit the bar near the end.
CJ over played the ball at the back and got dispossessed and they ran through 3 of our players to slot in the 2nd very much against the run of play.
Smaller didn't have a great game, kicked the ball out of play many times and looked very nervous on the ball.
A game of missed opportunities.....

number 11 was very good (got the goal)
Gk was also decent.
number 9 (black kid) was quite tricky too, with a bit of pace
