The Final 7s Finished With A Win!

Our 7 a side journey comes to an end and what a way to sign it off with a win against a strong Woodville side. We had played these in the past and won comfortably, however yesterday we had to work hard for the win so massive credit to Woodville, they have improved a lot.

This was our second win in a row and also two clean sheets in a row for Joseph, a new record for him ??

We can be proud of how we hung onto the lead, we showed spirit and determination not to let that lead slip and to go and grab another goal ourselves to finish the game off and win our last 7v7 game on what was a lovely sunny morning.

Brilliant goals from Louis and Jax, some great passing once again from the lads and lots of chances created. Player of the match went to Dexter. He worked hard at the back with Ben to keep that lead yesterday. Solid ??

Well done to all the lads. What a journey it has been so far and we are now looking forward to moving to 9 a side and welcoming our two new signings, but next up we have our end of season presentation awards on the 24th & then a tournament on the 31st to look forward to! ????????
