This morning The Wasps played back on home turf against a well organised UPR Whites.
The boys started off slow today and were quickly put into defensive mode with Jenson having to be strong in goal and pull of some fantastic saves. After a quick change around on the pitch and some great passing The Wasps took the lead with a great team goal by Jack G and then Frankie got on the score sheet with a great solo run.
UPR got themselves back in the game with a quick 2 goals to bring it even at half time . Another change around at half time but UPR added to their score sheet twice more and we found ourselves having to dig deep and finally our pressure paid off with a great corner from Sam into Jenson L with the header in.
The boys just couldn’t find the net in the last few moments today but lots to take away from the match and work on.

Man of the Match went to Jenson L for being fantastic in goal with great saves and clearance balls and we can all see his confidence in goal growing and finally getting himself on the score sheet as well.
