99Problems put the skids on their winning streak in not so epic fashion. With a shot at the championship still very much alive, 99Problems will look at this match as points and ground lost.

In the reverse fixture the blues and whites had comfortably dispatched Ford Sports with a brilliant performance, and had hoped for a similar result this time around.

With Jack and Lewis not available, it was still a relatively full strength side facing Ford Sports.

99Problems from the get go were in for a tough night. Ford Sport's pressure was noticeable and had forced 99Problems early on to play very deep to counter the threat.

This is by no means anything out the ordinary, as 99Problems had forged their season on a solid defence. However, a very organised Ford Sports had a decent defence themselves and gave very little away in midfield and at the back.

Skell was having a very good game and had put his body on the line more than once to stop Ford Sports from scoring. Unfortunately his clean sheet record was broken midway through the match from an excellent and well worked set piece. A corner was driven in low and hard at the near post for it to be cleverly flicked in. Skell was helpless and 99Problems were now in unfamiliar territory.

99 Problems now had no choice other than to push men up. This change of formation was necessary and gave them a better chance to score. However the long ball tactic so often employed just didn't quite work out in this match. Credit perhaps to Ford Sports defending.

99Problems continued to press whenever they had the ball, but their half chances often came to nothing. A goal ruled out for a foul, pretty much summed up their performance.

With so much good taken already from this season, it's unfair to be too critical after this loss. Jay's post match sentiment was spot on. We've got great bunch, so we regroup, and fight for the points next week.

Skell was by far the standout performer tonight, and receives man of the match.
